The staff was amazing! they helped us w taxis, excursion, directions, and recommendations. great location out of the crazy tourist city life but also close enough.

Beautiful accommodation, with great views, very attentive staff, comfortable suites & everything else your heart desires. There was a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the room. We had some concerns about the few beach chairs by the pool. But other options were provided which are not yet visible in the pictures here. So don't let it deter you :) Overall, it was a very quiet, relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Imerovigli was the perfect place for us! After a short walk you are in the middle of Fira. The staff also takes care of everything. For us an ATV was organized, as well as a table in a nearby restaurant with the most beautiful view. We would have loved to stay longer and miss it a lot. Thanks for everything!

Akra Suites is one of the best properties that we have overjoyed during our 4 nights stay in Santorini. Manager along with each and every staff at the hotel was super courteous and helpful. We were welcomed with upgrade in room and bottle of wine. Breakfast was delicious and served in the room on order. Stay was exceptionally good and would highly recommend the property for customer delight experience.

The facilities were placed in a convenience way, clean throughout the property and room. The staff very friendly and they would do anything for any request. I requested some arrangements for my wife’s birthday and the stuff went beyond my request. It was the honeymoon treatment. Found us a sunset cruise when all the trips were sold out throughout the island

One word: WOW. There was absolutely nothing we have to complain about! Our stay at Akra Suites exceeded our expectations completely! Firstly, the room was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the deluxe suite with a jacuzzi with the Caldera view. The location is SPOT ON. Not only does it have the most beautiful view of the Caldera but it is also a perfect location at sunset. It's also on the pedestrian pathway which links Imerovigli to Fira so the walk to and from the main town is comfortable, easy and also breathtaking. Everything in the room was clean and well taken care of - from the quality of our mattress to the little lavender spray left for our pillows, everything about the room was wonderful! However, while the room and jacuzzi were 10/10, the staff deserves an 11/10. Everyone there is so kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any request we had. The hotel manager, receptionists, waiters/waitresses and the restaurant manager were all so welcoming. We definitely want to give a special shout out to Manos and the chef, who took care of our dietary requirements daily and brought to us the most beautiful, tasty vegan breakfast. We were welcomed every morning with such enthusiasm and kind words along with top quality vegan food, our day never failed to start on a good note. It's safe to say our stay at Akra Suites was an absolute dream and we will definitely be going back!!!
